What we offer: Because of the nature of the product, we offer exchanges only in case you recieve a different size/style/colour than what you ordered. We're not able to offer refunds, except in the case of a genuine defect or an error on our side (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.) - in those cases, we'll always make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Exchange window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We know that's a tighter bar than a typical clothing return - it's how we make sure every Unda piece you receive is genuinely new, and it's non-negotiable for hygiene reasons.

Cost: Exchanges are free. We'll arrange pickup of the item you're returning and cover the cost of sending your replacement - you don't pay anything extra.

How it works:

Reach out to us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange it for.
We'll schedule a pickup from your address.
Once we've received and checked the item, we'll dispatch your replacement - you'll get a new tracking link the same way as your original order.

If something's actually wrong with the item: Wrong size shipped by mistake, a defect, damage in transit - tell us straightaway with a photo if you can, and we'll sort it without you needing to jump through the usual hoops. This one's on us, not you.

cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? That's completely fine.

Cancellation window: You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it's dispatched. Since we dispatch orders the next working day, that gives you a same-day window in most cases - the sooner you let us know, the better.

Once it's dispatched: If your order has already shipped, we're not able to cancel it in transit.

Refunds on cancellation: If you paid online, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirming the cancellation.

How to cancel: Message our support team with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll take it from there.
